Espresso Martini

This recipe is the granddaddy of the Espresso Martini combining Aged Rum, Coffee Liquor, Bob’s Chocolate bitters, Spanish Vanilla Liquor and homemade Vanilla syrup.

30ml Aged Rum

30ml Liquor 43 Vanilla

2 dashes of chocolate bitters

15ml Coffee Liquor

10ml Vanilla syrup

A double fresh Espresso

Pour all ingredients into a Boston glass except the Espresso fill with ice and very quickly add the Espresso and shake hard and well.

Single strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans.
