National winner in South Africa 2007 for Havana Club Rum and the bazaar but delicious combination of fresh Basil, Raspberry and Bubblegum.
60ml Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
10ml Monin bubblegum syrup
6 fresh basil leaves
6 fresh raspberries
1 tsp vanilla sugar
10ml fresh lime juice
30ml cloudy apple juice
Muddle Raspberries, Basil, sugar and lime in boston glass, add the rest of the ingredients and shake hard with cubed ice.
Double strain into tall cocktail glass over cubed ice and top with a crushed ice cap.
Garnish with a small fresh Basil leaf and 1 fresh raspberry.
